Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.
Please make sure your address and name is correct and eligible for the delivery. Not all companies can delivery into PO Box as Post Office doesn't give couriers access so please consider carefully what shipping address you use. Undelivered parcels may be destroyed at destination country and are not eligible for refunds.

We ship worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.

Shipping Options
We’re happy to offer Free Shipping into all destinations listed below. This is the most economical available shipping option chosen by us and products are expected to arrive within 15 days to 60 days of shipment depending on destination. Some of the Free Shipping Options are not possible to track and we are not able to give you estimated arrival date. Tracking information for Free Shipping may not be updated once the package is handed over to the carrier in the destination country. Although we strive to provide timely updates, the responsibility for further tracking lies with the local delivery company.

If you wish to order from different country your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. If you cannot finish your purchase because we do not deliver to your destination, please get in touch with us for a shipping estimate.
Once your order is completed and ready to ship out, we will email you a confirmation and tracking number with updated delivery information
Import duties
Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. We are sending all of the packages with paperwork completed and there should not be any additional charges in countries listed for free shipping. However any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility and LULA Jewelry isn’t responsible for these charges.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing & Manufacture times
All of our orders are made to order and customized according to your requests. Production begins after the order is confirmed.
Once you place an order, it will take us some time to process and make the requested items before the order ships out to you. All personalized orders are made to order uniquely for each customer. Statement products are ship immediately if available in stock; otherwise, they will be made to order as well.
We are aiming to ship your order within 10 working days - however this timeframe is only an estimate.
Actual time needed to make your order depends on many factors. Processing time is up to 8 weeks to account for any unpredicted delays.
Please note that we don’t fullfil any orders on holidays or weekends. In the case of any significant delays for other than reasons above, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
What if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Once you place an order, it will take us some time to process it and make the requested items before the order ships out to you.

How can I track my order package?
You’ll receive an email notification from us once your order has been finished and is ready to be shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.

Returns and refunds policy
In the case of lost orders, or items that are damaged upon delivery, customers are entitled to a full refund.
For any shipping, return or exchange inquiries, please email us at info@lulajewelry.com. We address each inquiry individually, and we’ll try our best to make sure everyone is satisfied.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom jewelry, accessories or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
