We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please submit a return request through our website:

• via the Return Request link in the footer, or
• through your customer account

No reason for return is required.

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it and send you confirmation. Once your return is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to send your package, with full address.

Please note that items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn and unused
• in the same condition as received
• with all original tags attached
• in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• custom-made products
• made-to-order items
• personalized products

These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your request before the 14-day period expires.

To be eligible under this right, items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging with tags attached

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made items
• clearly personalized goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, and the item is confirmed to be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, your refund will be issued as store credit within 10 business days.

Store credit will be added to your account.

Refunds for EU 14-day withdrawal rights will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required.

Cancellation Policy

All items are made to order, and production may begin shortly after your purchase is placed. Once production has started, materials and production capacity cannot be recovered. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Within 6 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee refunded
• After 6 hours: shipping fee refund only
